	Includes strategies for the development of commitment, goal setting, pre-performance readiness, one-pointed focus, anxiety management, and emotional control.

“Enhance Your Game”

Small group presentations by sport.

	2 hour lecture/experience
	Athletes gain an appreciation for the application of mental skills to their specific sport.
